Dita Von Teese The New Face of Wonderbra

Wonderbra has signed on Queen of Burlesque as their new face [and body], modeling their limited edition range of lingerie sets which will only hit stores on 23rd September, 2008.

Dita Von Teese is a showgirl and with her classic beauty, is the perfect person to model this latest range of retro Wonderbra lingerie, inspired by the glamour of 1940s and 1950s.

Somehow, Dita’s looks remind one of actresses of the golden era of Brigitte Bardot and her predecessors. Don’t you agree?

A Thousand Wonderbras

I spotted this photo on the website of The Telegraph UK, which I occasionally read online. This photo shows a group of models walking in front of a giant billboard that is made up of a thousand images of women wearing the Wonderbra, forming a ‘mosaic’.

These models, parading at the junction of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street in London, were themselves also wearing the Wonderbra.

Personally, I do not see what is so “wonderful” about the Wonderbra. I know that it’s supposed to enhance the body shape of a woman but Playtex could at least make ‘em bras sexier, right?
